On November 15, 2018 the Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter competed
in the District Food Science contest at Felicity High School. This contest
challenges students to know and understand the basics of food processing and
the science behind it. Students also must be able to identify manufacturing
issues and customer complaints. Students must also perform a triangle test and
identify various aromas. The Lynchburg-Clay team earned third place in the
contest. Team members consisted of: Kelsey Arnett, Katie Kirk, Hailee Waits,
Kara Williams, Brailey Young and Elizabeth Zaremba. Congratulations ladies on a
job well done!
