Anatomy and Physiology Students Visit Beacon Orthopaedics
On Wednesday February 19, a group of anatomy and physiology students from LCHS had the opportunity to visit Beacon Orthopaedics in Cincinnati, Ohio. The students were able to work with orthopaedic surgeons in the lab. They discussed knee anatomy and problems that arise with the knee. They also had the opportunity to practice using a camera and a scope as if they were participating in a real surgery.
