In an effort to improve our customer service I have created a process for submitting concerns or complaints.The attached link initiates a form to be used by parents, students, or community members who wish to register a complaint/concern about any item related to the Lynchburg-Clay LSD. As a district we take feedback from our stakeholders very seriously. Completed forms will only be viewed by the Superintendent. After reading the form, the Superintendent will decide on an appropriate course of action in dealing with the concern/complaint. We do ask you to put your contact information when filling out the form. While we will consider anonymous items, it is more expedient to have all of the necessary information when considering a course of action for solving problems.
