Students, 

College Credit Plus is Ohio's dual enrollment program for the 2021-2022 school year. Eligible students can earn "dual" credit in both high school and college. All students that wish to participate next year in the CCP program must take the following steps to determine eligibility:

*Please note that completing these steps DOES NOT GUARANTEE acceptance into a college or university. 

1. Watch the informational video. This is a general overview of the program.

2. Complete the College Credit Plus 2021-2022 Google Form

   • This must be completed as it serves as your signature of attendance for the video. 

   • This completed form also serves as your understanding of our CCP Probation and/or Dismissal Policy

3. Complete and submit Intent to Participate Form by April 1, 2021

   • This form can be submitted in the Google Form above, emailed to [email protected], or dropped off at LCHS. 

   • Must be signed by both student and parent

4. Complete and submit LCHS CCP Policies and Guidelines 

   • College Credit Plus Policies21-22.pdf

   • This form can be submitted in the Google Form above, emailed to [email protected], or dropped off at LCHS. 

   • Must be signed by both student and parent

Please understand that all of these steps/forms must be completed in order to participate in the CCP program, HOWEVER this DOES NOT obligate you to the program if you choose not to participate.
