Day for Junior and Senior students at Lynchburg-Clay High School. Fifteen
businesses were involved in the event. Representatives met with 92 students in
five, 20 minute rotations. Students learned about a variety of career paths.
Each representative highlighted their job descriptions and duties, the
education and training necessary to be successful in their area, starting and
ending salary ranges, and the benefits that are available. Students were able
to ask them about their day to day business operations and heard advice on
choosing their future careers.115%'> 115%'>Junior student, Josh Niehaus, stated, “I found out that there are many jobs that don’t require a college degree around us.
