Lynchburg-Clay FFA Holds Winter Fundraiser
The Lynchburg-Clay FFA has a Winter Fundraiser
Submitted by: Rylee Oglesby, FFA Reporter

The Lynchburg-Clay FFA Chapter recently held it’s annual Winter Fundraiser. This fundraiser includes a variety of food products such as: apples, apple cider, citrus, pineapple, summer sausages and cheeses, cookie dough, barbeque sauce, and large assortment of nuts. The members create unique gift “buckets” and boxes by working together and approving the fruit, sorting, weighing, and counting each item. All classes cooperate together to accomplish these tasks.
The Winter Fundraiser funds the majority of the FFA activities, contests and trips. Members are expected to contact customers, sell and deliver the products in a timely manner. Every class and member played an instrumental part in making this year's sales one of the best sales we have had in a long time. Also, a special thank you to all the parents that helped by selling and delivering the products with their children. And a huge thank you to everyone that had supported our winter fundraiser this year!
