The Lynchburg-Clay BOE will have a special board meeting on Tuesday March 12 at 5:30pm. The meeting will be held at the board offices on 301 E Pearl St, Lynchburg, Ohio 45142. This meeting has been requested and scheduled by the board president and other members for the purpose stated below.
(1) To consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing by division (G)(1) of section 121.22 of the Revised Code.
The board will commence the meeting and discuss these matters after a motion to excuse into executive session has been made. No action will be taken by the bord while in executive session.
