Welcome to the Lynchburg-Clay Local Schools website.  Our district is committed to providing a high quality education for all students. We work to help all students strive to obtain educational excellence. In so doing, our aim is to prepare our young people to be college and/or career ready upon graduation.

Lynchburg-Clay Local School System is located in Dodson Township near the Village of Lynchburg, approximately an hour Northeast of Cincinnati, Ohio. We pride ourselves on our small town values and relish our community's heritage. In 2001, the community voted for the construction of a new high school and elementary school. We also refurbished the old high school into what is now our Middle School. We have a proud heritage of fiscal responsibility, one in which we will work to maintain even during the current economic uncertainty.

We take pride in our history of academic excellence and are working hard to continue that tradition. We are also proud of our extracurricular programs that provide students great learning opportunities above and beyond the classroom. 

The community encourages and supports a challenging curriculum that prepares our students to achieve to the best of their ability. The faculty has high expectations and through their research based instruction and dedication our students excel. Our core value is "Excellence in Education". My vision is to make our students champions in the classroom and ambassadors for our school and community.

We look forward to working with the community and are excited about the upcoming school year. Your input, support and continued commitment to "Excellence in Education" are greatly appreciated.
