Superintendent's Message

Greetings to our School Community,

We are very excited to begin the 2023-2024 school year! We are honored that you have trusted your child's care and education to our district. This coming school year will be exciting as we have added to our programs in order to serve our students better. We have also made a priority to the health and welfare of our students, staff, and families by having a full-time Resource Officer, Clinic Aide, and Social Worker in every building this year. We are partnering with Highland Health Providers (HHP) and anticipate having a mobile clinic parked on our school lots later this fall. This clinic will be able to help with the health needs of our students, staff, and families.

Our staff is top notch and we want to continue to be an asset to our students and community. If you have any questions or concerns please contact myself or any of our building administrators for help.

My office can be reached at 937 364 2338 and my email address is [email protected] Please reach out any time.

Our Superintendent Jack Fisher has been in education professionally for almost twenty-eight years. He most recently served as the principal of Colerain High School in Cincinnati. He has also served as an administrator in Finneytown and Mt. Healthy School districts. In addition to serving as a building leader, he has been a teacher, business manager, human resources director, and coach.

Mr. Fisher has been married for 33 years to Mindy, and they have two children, Micah and Molly. Mindy is a retired teacher who tutors elementary students in Greenfield. Micah works for an energy company as a petroleum representative in Columbus. Molly is a special education teacher for Groveport Madison LSD in Columbus.

The Fisher family resides in the Lynchburg-Clay LSD and is very happy to be a part of the Lynchburg-Clay family and community.
